Hey Nancy,
Bedankt voor je review, goed om te zien dat je er blij mee bent! Hij staat goed op je Transalp!
The third time I used the small Tail Pack, one of the straps failed. No impact involved. No abuse. Just tightened onto the rear rack of my DR-Z4S. Luckily I was stopped by a following rider (off road) who had seen the pack fall off my bike and it was being dragged along the trail by the wire of a GPS device that was in the top pocket and connected to the vehicles battery.
The product complaint I submitted was dismissed offhand as being caused by an impact.
They diagnosed the cause of the broken and frayed strap as an impact, from the marks on one of the other buckles that was dragged along the gravel track for three or four hundred yards!
Very poor customer service.
I've not had problems with their gear before, but I don't think I'll be buying any more if this is how they treat customers.
Thank you for your feedback, Dave.

Fantastic quality (as usual) and clips onto my Suzuki DR-Z4S rear carrier perfectly. Good secure fit. Not tried it in the wet yet, but I'm still using an Enduristan rucksack which after about 8 or 9 years of hard usage is still totally waterproof.
