Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period. Please use our withdrawal form for this purpose.
Upon receipt of your declaration of withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for a Return

For us to process your return, please observe the following:

• The item must be in its original condition and clean.
  
• Please return the item with all original tags and in the original packaging, if possible.
  
• You may inspect the goods in the same manner as you would in a retail store. If use beyond this results in a loss of value, we reserve the right to deduct this loss from your refund.
  
• Please enclose the delivery note or proof of purchase (e.g., a printout of the order confirmation) with your return. This allows us to process your return more efficiently.
  
• Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer, but exclusively to the return address provided below.
  

How to Return an Item

1. Register your return: Fill out our withdrawal form within 30 days of receiving your order.
   
2. Return the item: Send the goods within 14 days of submitting your declaration of withdrawal to the following address:

Shipping Conditions

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund of Delivery Costs: If you return your entire order, we will additionally refund the standard shipping costs originally paid. For partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Tracking: We recommend shipping returns using a delivery service that provides tracking. For goods valued over 75 EUR, we additionally recommend purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges

If an exchange has been agreed upon, the delivery time for the replacement product will depend on your location.

Refunds

Once your return has reached us, we will inspect the goods and inform you by email of their receipt and the approval of your refund. Should there be a loss in value due to excessive use, we will also inform you of this.
Upon approval, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. First, check your bank account again.
   
2. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   
3. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
   
4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at eu@enduristan.com.
   

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your statutory warranty rights naturally apply.
Please contact us prior to returning the item at eu@enduristan.com and describe the issue as accurately as possible. Our customer service team will explain the next steps and arrange for an exchange or repair if necessary.
In such cases, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
